Executioner Dungeon Boss Concept

Man this is really old, done for a class a while back. A lot of the design is crap as far as I'm concerned, and I've considered returning to this in a while to revamp everything (armor, axe, etc.). He is supposed to be a vampire whose mouth has been torn out, and he requires this magic axe to feed, but in retrospect that doesn't quite read in the axe design at all. Figured I'd upload this in the meantime, seeing as I've been busy and there's been a lull in my gallery posts. Hope you guys enjoy it, even if there's a lot I would change looking back now. I would also do better orthos (orthographic views, on the bottom) now that I have more experience.
